Welcome to Astraea Coffee. Where there’s plenty of liberty, justice, and coffee for all.

It first started as an idea, but then after a little hustle, love, and coffee (OK a lot of coffee), Astraea was brought to fruition.

Heather and Christy come from different backgrounds but share one thing in common, coffee.

Heather, a physical therapist, has always wanted to run a business but didn’t know exactly what, until she drove by a little house on her way to a patient. A feeling and light bulb went on and she knew a coffer house is what was in her calling.

Christy, a coffee guru, has had a vision to do something more in the coffee business. So when Heather mentioned her “crazy” idea, Christy was ready to get to work.

The community, conversations, and calmness of coffee shops are all the elements that these two women bring to Astraea.

Liberty.

Why Astraea?

Astraea, Astrea or Astria (Ancient Greek: Ἀστραίᾱ, romanized: Astraíā; "star-maiden" or "starry night"), in ancient Greek religion, is a daughter of Astraeus and Eos. She is the virgin goddess of justice, innocence, purity and precision. She was on earth alongside humans during the Golden Age of Man.
